A bus driver from sunny Madrid finds himself in the Kitzsteinhorn ski region for a seasonal job and discovers more than just a passion for Austria's mountain landscape.
Every year, Postbus is looking for around 150 additional drivers for the winter season for ski bus services in many ski resorts and tourist regions in Austria. Last year there was support from Spain for the first time.
Jesús Reguera Truco (31) drives musicians, congress participants and tourists through the Madrid region in summer. In winter they are often without work. In Pinzgau, on the other hand, there is a lot to do. In Zell am See-Kaprun alone, ten more drivers are needed this season to take skiers and sports enthusiasts safely to the cable cars and to winter fun. Last year Jesus entered new professional territory, and this winter season he wants to be behind the wheel of a postal bus again.
